Both very clear which is what I was aiming for. Current romantic partner has various intolerences so I've tried to minimise any suspended proteins and particulates. Should be gluten free if the endopeptidase has done its job.

If you used the enzyme I guess you did, it was developed by an ex-colleague of mine. It's not just any old endopeptidase.

That's pretty cool though. Gotta be on the lookout for anything that's going to help with immune reactions and other intolerances. Effing long covid innit. I hope it helps.
