Really very decent isn't it. Might struggle not to succumb to a second bottle this evening. Will probably get a few more and maybe the Octoberfest box tomorrow.

Been a while lol!!!
Riding south from santander, currently in merida, found this yakka cervezas from murcia session rye stout 5.7%.

As its still flipping hot this come out the chiller. Grateful, thought I,d never say it. Lol.

I look at this thread but can't do much based on it because I can only drink gluten free beer

anyway - that normally means Speckled Hen or Green King from ASDA or Tesco - normally about £2.30 to £2.60 a bottle

so today I was rather surprised to notice the Green King on Amazon at 8 bottles for £16 - so £2 each

it pointed to the Green King amazon site so I clicked on it
and that gave me a pack of 8 for only £8 - so £1 each
which is damn cheap for GF beer!!!


couldn't see anything wrong with it so I ordered one

still feeling dubious - why less than half price???

but if it looks OK tomorrow I will get some more from Christmas!!!

Two new ones from Tesco tonight, both put through the Fizzics.

The Vault City was too sweet and I ended up chucking a quarter of it away, it didn't taste any different to being poured straight from the can either.

The Brewdog was a lot smoother, and thanks to the Fizzics it lost some carbonation and was a lot more draught beer in style, although if you look at the second photo you can see I went a bit over the top creating the micro foam. 😂
