Since I have FSA I assume a square bracket.

I found the following replacements, will probably go for the cheapest:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/fsa-vero-pro-compact-n1011-chainset/
https://www.jejamescycles.com/shimano-fc-3450-left-hand-crank-arm-175mm-rmr1876.html
https://www.bikester.co.uk/shimano-fc-rs200-crank-set-50-34-8-speed-black-464749.html

I will also replace the chain and cassette. Hoping the pedal is still good.
Be aware that the middle one is for a left arm only (The one without sprockets) and that crankset and BB would be over £200 and is also HT11 either of the other 2 have the bits you need if the BB is square taper.

I think you need to establish some facts.
Is the crank bent? Yes. It is aluminium and needs replacing - you cannot tell how much damage it's received. Do not follow @overmind 's advice above (bend it straight) unless you are in a remote place and need to pedal to civilisation.
Is the pedal (spindle) bent? We don't know. Have you removed the pedal from the crank? Did it come off OK? The pedal (and its mate) may be OK.
What bottom bracket have you got? Square taper or something else? FSA make all sorts. Don't assume. Pull off the left hand crank and then google bottom bracket types for a matching image.
Then you can consider what new crankset you're going to get.
I'd avoid being distracted by talk of new chain, new cassette: get the crankset sorted first.
Your local bike shop would give you advice and fit a new crankset (even one you'd obtained elsewhere) for you.

I tried that now. Not sure about the pedal. Does it look oh so slightly bent?

I didn't pull it off, but it looks like that:

Well the crank is certainly square taper.

BTW Who is footing the bill for this, you or the driver.
Also be aware that members here run the gamut between riders who spend thousands (Di2 anyone) to others who wince at spending a tenner on a bike.

All FSA square taper cranks and bottom brackets are JIS (aka 'standard').
You don't say what chainrings you have on this but I'm going to guess it's a compact (50-34) with 110mm BCD (describes the circle which the chainring bolt holes lie on). Several on e - bay, some with a bottom bracket, some without (your's will be fine) from about £25. Lots of people will have these on a bike they but and then get the 'upgrade' bug, so there's a steady supply of reasonable quality (and the rings will likely have little wear). You don't have to stick to FSA: most square taper (JIS, most are) will fit, and most (for road bikes) will be compacts.
The only 'specialist' tool you need to take your current crankset off and fit a new (to you) one is a £4 crank puller.

+1 for replacing the crank. Bending alloy is a recipe for disaster. No short cuts here in my view

And a pair of pedals is not pricey - about a tenner. If you are genuinely hard up I will send you a pair for free. Cheap plastic ones but they will work.

Good question.

I got the driver's insurance number by paying my due to the Men In Black, and reported the accident. The insurer will come back to me. Let us see if I get any money towards the repairs.

If an insurance company is paying (your OP is rather confusing as to what actually happened, was it a car or not??) , you must get it properly assessed by a bike mechanic (if not two) and get a quote (if not two) in writing on headed paper for the insurers. Don't try to sort it out yourself

I see, thank you.

Yes I banged into a car. The car did not see me and turned in front of me, it is their fault.

Then get the bike checked by an LBS. insurers will expect that at the very least. Don’t try to muddle a fix yourself. It’s their responsibility

All right the insurer is paying for repairs, so I just let the cycle shop take care of choosing the parts and install them. Looks like I will end up with a Shimano bottom bracket.

Just make sure the shop knows that it was the drivers fault (and they're paying) so if anything you want as good as if not better than what was fitted and certainly don't let them fob you off with summat inferior.
