Best app for tracking me

My other half always gets a bit worried when I go out so what`s the best app we can both use so she can login and be aware of where I am? I told her if I`m doing 70mph I`m probably in an ambulance but that didnt go down too well lol

I have free versions of Endomundo, Runtastic pro and Mapmyride but none of these let her track me - I set up accounts in my son`s name for all of the above with the intention of her being able to see me but I fear I have to upgrade to paid versions

Are there any free options out there?

Strava, garmin, have just set up the Strava one but have not tried it yet, first test will be in the morning, my other half has just bought a Garmin 510, so we will try that aswell.

On iOS simplest is probably findmyiphone on the icloud website.

Yes and strava doesn't allow you to do that for free. Not sure about the garmin connect app but you would need a Garmin as well as the phone to use that.

OK, here you go this is how it works:
You decide how far you want to ride or how long you are going out for - you tell them, and say "give or take". They nod their head and say "ok, have fun"
No apps required.
If you get killed or injured en route, they'll find out soon enough.
