Topeak Einstein DX works for me. It can easily pump tubes up to high pressure, and can be mounted on the seat tube.

+1 for the road Morph/ Anything that mimics a track pump means you are putting pressure down to the ground rather than bending the valve back and forth against thin air. And they are half the size or less than a frame pump

I've got Marathon Plusses, so I don't expect to have to use it often
Weight not too much of an issue, must do Schraders, not to bothered whether it fits Prestas too though might be handy if I have to help anyone on the road.
Recommendations ?
The best frame pump is the classic aluminium Zefal HPX.

I'm a fan of Lezyne pumps but avoid the in-line gauges. The numbers rub off, they unscrew themselves, they get condensation so you can't read them and it isn't even clear where you are meant to read from.
My brother has a Lezyne micro floor drive which seems really good but it's one I would want to keep tucked away in a pannier. He kept his mounted with his lower bottle cage and road grit has done a number on its insides. It has no cap or anything to stop water/grit running down into the barrel.
If you want an actual "frame pump" then AFAIK the Zefal HPX or the Topeak master blaster are the only good options. I have a Zefal and it's ok but I'm not mega impressed given people's love for it. It feels a bit plasticky, the tabs on the chuck end feel like they could break off, and the top-out spring inside is rattley. I'm a bit concerned about gunk getting in the chuck since it sits right by the chainrings. It does mount nice and secure though. I have no idea how the Topeak compares.

Yes. 3 years ago you asked for recommendations for a pump. You - of course - bought one three years ago.
Then out of the blue, @GuyBoden comes in and responds to your original post, recommending a pump. This is only useful if you haven't bought a pump yet. As you clearly have, this is a counterfactual** which is what I was playing with. If you hadn't bought a pump, then you'd have big issues (eg indecisiveness or your life going to hell). As you have bought a pump, then your life is probably in good order, and you are probably decisive.
**counterfactuals are things like "what would the world be like in 2017 if the Nazis had won the second world war?" or "what would it mean if @DaveReading took 3 years to not buy a frame pump he needed?"
