I swapped the saddle immediately on mine and the tyres for Marathon ones (too much glass round here).

A couple of things you all could have warned me about.... and also the whole new level of disgusting road kill gets to when you almost ride through it!

Worse still when you actually do ride through it, and bits of it flick up onto your drinks bottle. Horse shoot is another one...
