I usually buy a couple of cases at this time of year which last till April/May. Both delivered without a hitch.
Just another silly scare story. Every retail product has the potential to be hit by delivery issues. Pet food, toothpaste, shower gel. Rubbish headlines though.

There was no shortage in the Prestwich Lidl the other day. But with circa 300 bottles of homemade wine under the floor and or so another 50 to go under before Christmas., the activities of the press department for the alcohol trade talking up shortages, don't bother me

And to make it even worse, petrol prices are at record highs so even hardened winos can't resort to a quick snifter of 4 store to keep them going. At this rate itll soon be cheaper to drink aftershave again.

Jeez i say to myself as i see the prices of various 'poisons' as i stroll through my local co-op. Not having had a drink for 26 years nor smoked for about the same i should be wealthy
