Bib shorts or shorts on a hybrid.....?

It doesn't matter. Wear what you like. What makes you comfortable. You don't have to wear certain things on certain bikes. No one will care what you wear and anyway. As long as your happy, thats all that matters.

Bibbed are normally the most comfortable.

Presumably you're wearing something over the bibshorts so who would know (or indeed care)

If wearing them mankini style, you may want to rethink everything!

I wear both lycra shorts and baggies (not at the same time!) on my mountain bike and hybrid bikes.
I am past caring what I look like!

The thing about bib shorts is they stop your shorts and underwear slipping all over the place over the course of a ride.
