I am 66 years old with a dodgy knee, and wanting to do more miles this year, and was thinking to get a bike fit for my road bike, last time was over 24 years ago.
Was wondering if it is worth the money, and apparently at sigma it is done on a custom jig with dart fish video.
Does that mean I have to pay more for them to adjust my actual road bike as test on their Jig?
Or do they adjust as part of the cost.
