Bizarre driving when I wear a particular jersey...

Its starting to make me think that some people are REALLY stupid. And I mean in a "I got your nose" kind of a way...

Certain roads I use drivers are usually expected to act like morons, get impatient, cut me up, even get verbal sometimes. However I got myself one of those Crash Test Dummy jerseys from Foska and all of a sudden its wide overtakes, keeping their distance, not rushing to the lights...

Do you think the words on the back are being taken literally?

The past two days I've noticed that people seemed to give me loads more room (in General). perhaps people are just more relaxed for some reason ...no schools?

You know what? I reckon it's really simple. First, people actually *notice* you, 'cos of the canary yellow, then they do actually register the words 'keep clear', which makes something in the back of their tiny minds think 'maybe I should keep clear'. In other words, yes, I do. Amazing really.

My theory is that if you can make them laugh, they won't kill you.

I wear a few Foska and Primal shirts and am generally avoided by cars. I often see mums pointing out the Marmite shirt to their kids, ditto the skeleton.

Of course, given the proportion of crazed psychopaths who use the motor car as their weapon of choice, this theory only stretches so far.

But, I'd keep wearing the shirt... and buy yourself a spare.

i think you could have a very valid point Mag. i don't think the "keep clear" wording is large enough to be visible beyond a few yards, way after the time it would take them to decide they would give a wide overtake. i bet they think your a cop. i might invest, i've wanted one of those for ages.
