Bkool website still down?

Bkool website down for maintenance all last evening it seemed... still down this morning... is this usual? Seems an excessively long time.

Just logged into the BKool website no issues. Is it the website or the game itself that you can't get into?

The website... just tried again and got the maintenance message.

Edit... I can log into the application.

Nope it's loading fine. Logged in on both my phone and now on the desktop

Strange... not sure where I go from here. I think I need to be logged in to raise an issue don't I?

Just emailed them and got a reply asking for the email I use to log in... hopefully an easy fix??

Problem resolved. Cleared history in Firefox and all now OK. In fairness the Bkool they came back to me quickly and were helpful.
