I've come home with bread, butter, beer and bananas. My shopping lists always get forgotten so I rarely bother any more. I might as well just write the letter B on my hand.

I got questioned about how much I spent on my weekly shop a while ago and I said I have no idea as I go to the shop when I finish work and pick what I fancy for dinner .

She wants to do your shopping for you, clearly. Along strictly disciplined lines. You see, for gender reasons that are quite difficult to explain, a man doing the shopping is, well, fundamentally wrong.
(I'm now going to run away and blame it on some big boys who made me say it.)

My theory is , why should I buy loads of stuff I may not want and keep it in my fridge to maybe get used when I can walk to the shop that has loads of fridges that get filled with fresh stuff every day by MY PERSONAL fridge restocking man .
If there isn't what I want then MY PERSONAL fridge stocking man goes and checks fresh deliveries for me .
This theory is only for food though and not beer and stuff . That needs careful planning .
