Does it fit you?
If not it's useless and potentially dangerous.

Is it comfortable for you?
If not you wont wear it and it's a waste of money.

If it fits, and is comfortable and you like the colours/design then it's just as good a piece of expanded polystyrene as any other piece of expanded polystyrene.........

As above, just remember a cycle helmet is a one shot deal made from a very lightweight outer skin and a poly inner, one bump and it's trash. Remember m/cycle helmets [which have to withstand much higher forces] can be purchased for not much more. If you like it and it fits then buy it but it aint a m/cycle helmet and good cycle helmets can be purchased for half the price.

I recently got a scott helmet reduced from £80 to £40, I dont think I would pay any more than £40 for a helmet.
