Bikes will flex - how they do so depends on the what they are made of - e.g. aluminium is very stiff but it gives a harsh ride. Carbon forks do flex - a lot if you watch them (but only if it is safe to do so!!) and this really is part of the 'suspesnion' of the bike - without any flex it would be a hard ride. It could a bit unnerving but don't worry about it - the Eurofighter Typhoon stays in the air and the forces on that are way more than you can put through your forks. You also have a carbon seatpost - this will also flex and this helps make the ride a bit more comfortable...handlebars, stems flex too as do wheels.
