Bottle cage with lowest mounting hole?

I'm trying to raise the bottle cage on the down tube, in order to make it possible to mount my U-Lock within the triangle.

I've already fitted the SKS riser thingy. But it's not quite enough. So I'm looking for a bottle cage where the lowest mounting hole is as low as possible. The one I've got currently is the M-Part one.

The lock at the moment collides (just) with the corner of the cage, and the bottom of the bottle itself.
If I could at least get rid of the lowest part of the cage, that would be good, even if it meant I couldn't take lock and bottle at the same time. So I'm looking at cages with this sort of design, cutaway cage and lip to hold the bottom:

I like the aesthetic of this (my bike is a fairly tradition steel framed tourer, fitted with Brooks/Nitto/Carradice etc.):

Though I'm not so "style orientated" that I'm going to reject something like this:

The main thing is that the holes are as low as possible. Which will enable the combination of U-Lock, bottle, and frame pump which is proving at bit tricky.

Suggestions welcome.

All you need is a strip of aluminium with 4 holes in it: two clearance holes to mount it on the frame, and another two tapped holes to mount the cage on it.

I use one of the SKS bottle cage lowering mounts you have tried. Ignoring the price, is this what you are after?

Thanks but no. It's the exact opposite of what I want, if you read my post.

But changing the "lowering" in the description to "raising" did get me this:

Which looks along the right lines, so thanks for that.

The U-lock collides with two things, the bottom part of the cage, and the bottle itself. So ideally I'm looking for one of those bottle cages with the sticky-out shelf thing, but no lower cage Which would mean that the lock would go in fine if there wasn't a bottle there, even if it didn't if there was a bottle there. That might be fine sometimes, I don't always take a bottle, especially when I'm going those places I need a lock.

This looks kind of OK, but it might still not get the cage high enough. I'm trying to avoid what I've done in the past with bike "bits", buying several to find the one that works.

So I've taken a chance and ordered one of these:

(which is now sold out, looks like I got the last one)

I reckon it'll be about 20mm higher than my current, which should be just enough. They make it in titanium too. I was tempted. But not £50 tempted. Also, I'm definitely not a "weight weenie". The 8 grams saving wouldn't make any difference on an 18.5 kg bike.

Thanks to geocycle for pointing me in the right direction.
