Hi,
Are there plastic/glass fibre bottle cages that suitably fit the Camelbak Podium bottles? Both the old and new style of bottles.
I bought one of these -http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/elite-sior-fibreglass-bottle-cage/rp-prod83688 thinking that the diameter of a sports bottle was a standard dimension. Whilst i can forcefully get the bottles in, i struggle to get them out on a ride because the bottles are just too wide for the cage and it causes too much resistance - which i consider to be too dangerous.
I've popped down to my local LBS and tried the cages they had in store but i couldn't insert and remove the bottles with ease other that this style - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/brand-x-bottle-cage-alloy/rp-prod1345. Whilst this type does the job, i don't think they're aesthetically pleasing and would prefer one in a similar style to the Elite that i've bought.
