Any good / nice ones to look out for ? I notice Evens does a multi type rack but it doesn't look very nice .

I had noticed that one . Do you use it ? The Evens one is the Elite Skekane that doesn't look so bad after a hunt around . It also comes in white

Well after extensive research online I hit the shops and Evans was the only shop open so I bought the Bontrager offering .
It solves a problem for me as I don't like saddle bags and prefer to keep my tools etc in a water bottle . I also found I run low on fluids with two bottles so an extra one is more than welcome .
Its quite a good little gizmo really . It allows for one or two bottles by moving one of the cages to the centre fixings . It also has two screw in ports to hold CO2 canisters and a push in port to hold a CO2 inflator attachment . There is also room to strap a spare tube or anything else should you wish to do so .

Before and after .

Keep an eye on the captive nuts. I had one come out on a sportive causing the bottle to swing upside down (bottle stayed in).

When I was a child there something similar which hung off the front of the handlebars.

I think there were single and double ones.

Inevitably, having a double one made you superior to your mates who only had singles.

Evans sorted the problem with locktight . Not sure if that's the best solution to the problem BUT they did sort the problem without any questions .
My bigger concern is why Mr H thinks I am taking too much fluid . I take 1200ML of fluid mixed as 600ml water and 600ml of something tasty . I mainly drink the water hence wanting the extra bottle and I keep my tools in another bottle as I don't like my pockets full of things .
