Bottle racks for the saddle .

I used to use saddle mounted bottle holders on my fixie and I was forever doubling back to pick my bottles up! I've got my bottles bar mounted now (just like the pic above) and I can see when my bottles make a bid for freedom.
Yours do look a bit more secure than mine did though.

I bought something like this in a French supermarket

Used it on my fixie which has a track frame with no brazed on fittings for a bottle. Can fix it to the seat tube or seat post and holds just enough to get me through a slightly longer time trial or a post 10 mile TT when I ride out to the start.
