Brackets for connecting rear pannier to chain stays. Source of?

The metal in my two Karrimore brackets have rusted through their plastic coating. Is anyone manufacturing such helpful brackets?

Alternativly, if I purchased a pair of metal ones, I could coat them with something or other.

Are you talking about the "P" clips ?

My LBS had cheaper ones. Also, holes take 6mm bolts and these I can purchase at budget stores.
