Ketchup or Mayonnaise on fried potatoes, A-1 or brown sauce on beef or pork, any of a range of sauces on BBQ. Brown sauce on fried sweet potatoes. They serve proper chips at work, yet are amazed when I put mayonnaise on them. Cafeteria worker asked my co-worker about that once, he told them "Yeah, he's from Peoria.".
