brown is my favourite but both & salad cream and occasionally mayonnaise too - nice for chip dipping.

None. Far to overpowering flavours that ruin anything either of them go by... Cant stand either of them but there is no hatred greater toward foodstuff than that I have for 'Mayo' I absolutely F'ing hate that shoot...

Ketchup or Mayonnaise on fried potatoes, A-1 or brown sauce on beef or pork, any of a range of sauces on BBQ. Brown sauce on fried sweet potatoes. They serve proper chips at work, yet are amazed when I put mayonnaise on them. Cafeteria worker asked my co-worker about that once, he told them "Yeah, he's from Peoria.".
