Check your emails folks,

BT have just said I've ordered TNT at £15 per month extra despite being on an old plan. Can't get the app to cancel it so I'm straight onto them to cancel. It's been bundled free the last year.

They have automatically applied it, and they know as the phone queue say if you are phoning about your email this morning, use the app, but the app isn't showing the change to my contract.

I'm not paying for it, that I hardly used.

They wanted a cancellation fee of £1.49 so I said you can get lost, I only had the email at 7am. I've also been informed we won't get full fibre to our property, despite the 'full fibre' cabinet being less than 200 yards away.

They offered a slight discount on my extortionate monthly fee, so I've said I'm leaving, especially now we've been told I won't get full fibre. MrsF is seeing what 'EE' will offer from her mobile contract - BT and EE are same company.

We have a BT TV (TNT) contract it started at a very low rate for 24 months, it then automatically increased at 12 months and 18 months to £25 month.

My response when they increased payments to £25 was the same as you, until they reminded me I signed up for it.

As for EE mobile we are trying to leave them and would not recommend them.
