Sorry, for resurrecting. but I rode past a new (to me) café today
Lumby village, just off the A63 (& just west of where it intersects with the 'Tadcaster TurnPike' (A162) at Monk Fryston)
I didn't go in, as I was on a bit of a tight schedule
BEWARE though, there is a cattle-grid as you enter the grounds - to keep the 'free-range' Sheep inside
If you look at the OS map, below the photo, you can locate it
In the picture, the entrance is immediately on the left, of the picture

There's also a café at (ex) RAF Church Fenton, that sadly is off-limits to non airfield authorised persons

However.................. they are, apparently, moving into the old Guard-House, which is outside of the security barriers, seemingly within the next few weeks (so the ladies told me, when I was there)
