Cape - not too bulky

Hello.

Can anyone recommend a cape that's not too long (dangles into the pedals) or bulky (flaps about left and right)?

Ideally I'd like a yellow one which helped keep my legs a bit less wet.

Decathlon do capes. Lots of colours, not sure of their fit though.

aldi or lidl (can't remember) do a good cape for a fiver, tho mines blue. i prefer it to my carradice one as it's lighter and has a better cut.
