Are you kidding? some maybe but they are few and far between, two weeks training and most of that not painting anything. Could explain why most fail within a couple of years of being in business as far as I can see.

It's all about getting a Sap to part with 30k or whatever the franchises want.. Needles to say a newbie to auto paint needs a bit more than a watch this video..

As you say most fail in next to no time, and most just cant make a living, bit like driving instructors working for thievs who pose as a business, joke franchises

I could rub that back, prine, paint and topcoat it, then feather it it. I'm pretty good, not far off professional standard but it's a laborious ballache. These days I'd probably take it to a SMART repair type bod.

You need the whole panel resprayed in the first pic. and the rest as already suggested you may get away with T-cut etc.
