The bike in the OP's picture doesn't look damaged at all; if the accident was bad enough to damage the frame you would expect to see scuffs or bent bits on some of the equipment attached to the frame.
You can't be certain unless its x-rayed, unless a Formula 1 team or aircraft engineering shop is examining it you can never be entirely sure.
When a lad I know damaged his frame he was lucky enough to know a guy at Red Bull Racing who examined it and repaired it. Even the best carbon artisans are otherwise unlikely to possess such equipment.
