Carbon ribble frame problem

What did you actually buy a frame or a bike as pictures seem to show an external BB and wheel fitted? That seems weird if just buying a frame as you’d surely check frame first before fitting anything.

The chainstay marks look cosmetic but don't like the look of that seatpost damage - that looks very iffy indeed. I wouldn't ride that.
No way is that a 100% bike!
I'd get in touch with The Seatpostman (https://theseatpostman.com) and show him that photo and get his professional opinion on that seatpost
