I have come across a Carlton Stadium, but can't find out how old it is. It has the late vertical "carlton" head badge rather than the "cycling man" and has 700c wheels, but these may not be original. I am assuming late 70s - 1980, but not really sure, and no details about the "Stadium" model at all (Although, confusingly, I have found reference to a "Stadium touring bike!". Any guesses?

Only rough dating I can give is the brakes. Weinmann alloy centre-pull was standard fit on my 1984 Raleigh Merlin.
