Carrot cake recipes

I've a yipper for carrot cake, so any good recipes, especially for the topping and filling

Any general search through Google should come up with some recipes. I don't like sultanas or raisins etc in carrot cake so I get my Mum to put fudge pieces and walnuts in mine when she makes one.

Unfortunately she's a touch possessive with the recipes so I have no chance of getting the recipe from her as I've tried many times in the past! Sorry!

I use this one and have had loads of compliments. I've never settled on a frosting recipe though. Use cream cheese and mix in either icing sugar or normal sugar and some cinnamon until it tastes how you want it.

I've never heard of a "yipper" but think I have one for carrot cake now.

With a cream cheese filling and orangey icing.
