Cateye Velo 5

Hi all

Can anyone tell me how to re-set the odo on a cateye velo 5 cycle computer.

Holding the button on the front of the unit re-sets everything bar this.

Have tried pressing the set button an rear of the unit.

Try holding the set button in for 5 seconds or so at a guess.

No idea, but had a similar 'how do you' question with my (very old) Cateye Tomo this morning. Googled the model name and number, and full page of Cateye instructions were displayed. Try this - http://www.cateye.com/sites/cateye/upload/manuals/en/VL500.pdf

Looks like take the battery out is the answer.

I think you press the reset on the back AND hold the button on the front at the same time. Maybe for a good few seconds. I've done it, I just can't remember how!
