An excellent day out in good company. With the various transfers to/from trains, my computer just managed to tick over into the triple digits.

I shall now begin looking forward to the next forum ride...

Despite keeping everyone waiting and the thick haar, I had a "grand day out"

A good ride, better company but only 60m visibility coming back over the FRB made life interesting .

We will not mention The One Who Fell into the Thorns, nor the how's nor why's .

Managed the 100km too .

At the suggestion of Scoosh and Col5632 I'm starting a new thread to propose a CC Ecosse "Round the Forth" ride on Saturday 24 March.

Meet: I'll be coming down from Dunfermline, could meet up either side of FRB?

Time: 10AM on Fife side of Bridge, 10:30 at Shell garage on Edin side then following NCN76
Route: NCN 76 - Round the Forth (80km-ish)
Cake stops: Happy to be guided on where and how many. There will be CAKE
Pace: I've heard no-one gets left behind on these things, better be true!!
