Hopefully I can get away with heating again this winter, it will be my fifth year without it
I'm not tight, but why waste money when you have warm clothes to wear.
Still not on as yet
I just have images of you with shaking hands, lighting candles placed in wax covered wine bottles.🙄
No, it's 16c inside my flat and I only have my fleece onesie on and nothing on underneath

How the hell do you keep warm in 16 Celsius/60 Fahrenheit?! I have my flat temperature, as I post at 25 Celsius/77 Fahrenheit and I have a few layers on. 🙄
We never have our heating on at more than 18c, OK if we have the Logburner lit it will get warmer (to the point it causes the thermostat to turn the boiler off) but at 18c I'm in shorts and T-shirt outside.

If you can sit outside at 18 Celsius, wearing a t-shirt and shorts, you must have a much larger/higher BMI than mine! 😉👍

You may well be both older and skinnier than him, either of which tend to make you feel the cold more.
Looking at the photos you have posted, I think most of us have a higher BMI than you. There are rakes around with higher BMI
But we also vary a lot in metabolism. I have always been very warm, to the extent that even in the depths of winter, I normally only have a 6 tog quilt on the bed, in summer (which is usually from some time in early May until late October), I only have a quilt cover. This year was quite a warm Autumn, and it was mid-November before I wanted the quilt.
And on the bike, I am normally bare-legged down to about 6C, bare armed down to abut 11-12C.
