Changing pedals on electric Brompton

Hi all
I am after some advice I want to change the pedals on my electric Brompton
Could anyone recommend new pedals not bothered if it interferes with the fold I need something a bit wider currently using crank bros 5050 pedals on my touring bike which I quite like
I know there is a torque sensor in the crank arm but does this alter are pedal choice
Any advice much appreciated

The sensor is in the bottom bracket and you can fit whatever pedals you prefer.

I do love the Shimano XT T8000 SPD Trekking Pedals. Lightweight, long lasting, and with reflectors, so properly road legal in UK after sunset, and can use cycling shoes or Birkenstocks. Easy to clip in, or flip pedal back if wearing flat shoes. Grip with flat shoes is good too. Near perfect pedal.
