Cheap flights to Romania?

I've had to look into flights for work but there aren't any direct flights from Manchester, and it involves a change, so leaves staff out of action for a day - the flight transfer time is 6 hours end to end, add in check in, taxi to airports etc - a whole day gone. The cost isn't too bad, but from a work point of view it's not a good short business trip for folk.

Call me a pedant....
My suspicion is that rather more Romanians are planning on travelling home than might have been the case when the 2018 schedules were planned, so the prices are higher. I can only speculate as to the reasons for that.
