A few questions for you knowledgeable ones.
Does anyone know anything about this cycle?(CB Spectre)
Not the current model with the rear suspension but one from about 2000-2001.- front asuspension only.
Was it a decent bike of its time and how does it compare to the Giant Alu Boulder-same era.(I have twin boys who are now more interested in cars)
I have both bikes and am wondering which one, if any, to spend time on bringing up to a good standard.
What were the weaknesses and which componentswould be worth changing.
I definitely want to change the tyres from very knobbly 26x2.1 to something that will roll along the road and cyle pathways.
I have read lots about semi slick but which width would you all advise.
