Bike is a Specialized Allez Elite 2016 model.

Recently I've noticed a clicking and creaking noise coming from what seems directly below me, when going uphill or pedalling while standing on the pedals (i.e. under load). On the level and downhill pedalling, no noise or very little. Difficult to diagnose when it's on the stand as there's no load. Could it be the bottom bracket?
Are there tests I can try to narrow down what it could be?

I did take a video on my phone so you can hear the sound it's making, but the file extension (MP4) isn't allowed on this forum. Maybe someone can help me out with this too. Thanks

There are multiple threads on the forum on this subject...

I suggest that you search the forum for "creaking noise" and/or "clicking noise" and work your way through the suggestions.

It can be really hard to track down these noises - good luck!!

As for posting videos... Upload them to YouTube and link to them there?

Creaking sounds notoriously difficult to pin point sometimes but it's almost alway not the BB. I've had instances of QR, saddle tube, cleat and most tricky of all to find the cassette wasn't torqued up tight enough.
Can be a case of trial and elimination.

Yes. That will do. You may have loose cups causing the clicking or even worn bearings. If it's doing it out of the saddle then it's not the saddle or seat post.

Thanks - noise continues irrespective of being in/out of the saddle.
Noise is definitely coming from below me, near where my feet are. BB seems most likely culprit.
