Flats on both, but have dabbled with SPD on the roadie, and Eggbeaters on the MTB. May be tempted to try again.

Wouldn't do it any other way.

Got to be clipless...tried flats the other day after a long time clipless and it just didn't feel right (also kept twisting my foot every time I stopped to unclip even though I didn't need to!!!)

I used to ride clip-in pedals and now i dont. Mainly because my bikes have changed and i no longer possess a mountain or a road bike.

Rollin' along
I've recently gone from full spd roadie and double sided on my others to flats on all to help protect my damaged knees. I've not noticed the difference as much as I expected to, but I still do a little automatic twist when I need to take my foot off a pedal.

Clipless on the road bike.

Cages on the hybrid but only because I've never got round to buying another set of pedals.

My other half has a little project in mind, she needs to know how many people ride clipless and how many ride on flat pedals. your help would be appreciated:cheers: .
I don't think a survey on a bicycle forum will help find that out. It's going to be heavily skewed towards clipless.

Stand at an intersection during peak time and count. Or go to a large park with families and count. Depends on which demographics she is interested in.
