Tried this on the other day. The sleeves and bit across the shoulders zip off leaving a short sleeved jersey underneath. The sleeve bit is small enough to stuff into the jersey pocket. Thought it was a great idea - and it looked fab. Only wish I could afford it!
Half price for an older model if you'll fit a men's XS or S

Or if you prefer women's a smidge over £50 in purple

This time of year Just shorts and a ss jersey, if it's raining then a ls base layer underneath. You may be cold at the start but just push through it and you will soon warm up.

I laugh at the people cycling in huge jackets this time of year, good luck getting anywhere quickly without boiling.

Jackets, big full finger gloves and waterproof trousers.
I know everyone is different when it comes to feeling the cold or not, but c'mon.

I had something similar to the Altura.....but it was from Primark.......a running jacket with detachable sleeves, it was windproof. the zip eventually broke in it so it was thrown out. It has gone a bit wintery here today so could be back with the windproof again !

I have a basket on the front for the purpose of chucking in my extra layers/waerproof/hat/gloves/scarf etc.

Many here don't use a basket. Underrated IMO

yes, especially good for snacking on the move. Its possible to eat a full English breakfast if you stick it in a suitable Tupperware first, but looks a bit pants on a road bike.

ss jersey & bib shorts , arm warmers base layer to remove later if its very nippy. super lightweight water proof in jersey pocket.

I saw 2 people in woolly gloves on yesterday afternoon commute home - what was that all about?

Been out in summer gear last few times with arm warmers and leg warmers. I would keep them on till 9 am or after or 14 deg or higher. It was 8 deg this morning when I left around 5.45 am so I was a bit chilly until 30 mins into spin. It was cold on the hands but was better after the 30 minutes.
