As long as I breathe, I attack.
The only thing i have found to keep my toes warm is Velotoze http://www.wiggle.co.uk/velotoze-tall-shoe-covers/?lang=en&curr=GBP&dest=1&sku=5360755975&kpid=5360755975&utm_source=google&utm_term&utm_campaign=UK_PLA_Shoes&utm_medium=base&utm_content=mckv|soSAetelt_dc|mcrid|67090787942|mkw||mmt||mrd|5360755975uk|mslid||&mkwid=soSAetelt_dc&pcrid=67090787942&prd=5360755975uk&pgrid=17507337782&ptaid=pla-168026813582

They are a bugger to get on and off , in fact its easier to put them on before your shoes and then roll them back down .
Knowing the OP though he will probably fashion something like them out of an old pair of rubber gloves  Its the same material so should work
Its darn sarf though, it doesnt get that cold

I've been really struggling for the last few years with just one cold foot! So I've tried altering cleats,raising/ lowering seat height, 3 different saddles with no luck. At last it looks like I've got my solution..
1- northwave flash boots
2 - lambs wool inner soles
3- Lidl foot warmers - in store now - just bought 30 pairs for £25 to keep me going
4 - prendas overshoes
All worn together - Bliss

Unfortunately I do think it gets worse the older you get. It was years before I wore over-shoes. Today, I had two pairs of socks on, shoes (obviously!) and over-shoes. I also had on a pair of leg-warmers underneath my bib trousers. Despite doing various exercises to keep my toes moving and hopefully warm, I decided to call it a halt after 90 mins as my feet were really cold.
