If you are riding on the road, the best upgrade is full length, bolt on mudguards. These will protect clothing and footwear from mud and water .
In off road muddy conditions they can clog up hence the less effective clip on versions with more mud clearance.
You can get leggings that stop just below the knees. Knee warmer tubes are useful in changeable conditions but harder to keep im place.
Sealkinz are effective if you can prevent water running inside.

Shame only small and XL left as I would have bought a couple of pairs.
Mine just arrived, I'm a size 10/11 and XL fit fine

Maybe a size larger shoes, to improve blood circulation, and perhaps these.

I was told that socks made from alpaca wool would help me ( I suffer with cold feet and have tried almost everything )
i got a pair for Christmas , they do help but after a couple of hours my feet are cold again, they do help a bit though

These work. Put them on top of your socks. I've used them for years and they are the secret to never having cold toes. They last for over 5 hours so I put them in an airtight bag to reuse the next ride if I've only been out for an hour or two.

I also have these:

and these for really wet days. Put them under your bib longs if it's going to be really wet as then no water can wick down to your socks.

I have had a few different types of winter bootie (Northwave, Specialized), but I am currently liking the Shimano RW5s Dryshield as they're comfortable and not too bulky, but I'll usually put overshoes on top of them as none of these boots really keep my feet warm.

I was out for 3.5 hours when it was -3 a few Saturdays ago and I was warm and comfortable the whole time. The chemical toe warmers really are the thing that makes the biggest difference.

Most will scoff but on a forecast heavy rain day I go looking for my neoprene socks. They are not water tight but they work in the same way as a wetsuit; once the water is in the sock it cannot escape and is continuously warmed by yr circulating blood.
