Never cried during Shawshank although I do think it is a quality film.

Into the Wild even though the guy is blatantly an idiot.

Haven't cried at any film. I took Mrs Fox to see War Horse and had been told to expect a real tear jerker. The only thing that made me cry was the price of the tickets, it was good film but imo very over-hyped.

Incidentally if somebody said that Cate Blanchett really was an elven princess in real life, I'd probably believe them as she turns in a quite mesmerising performance.
