Converting Formula Hubs to QR

I have just taken some wheels off my Cannondale Synapse they are 12 x 100 front and 12 x 142 rear fitted with 30mm tubeless tyres, I was going to use them on my other bike, I can convert the front to QR easily I am still searching for a solution for the rear,
Formula Hubs, WTB i19 rims, WTB Tan Wall tyres 30mm.

Before I decide to sell them, has anybody converted these hubs? the rear axle comes out easily so looks changeable.

Converting Formula Hubs to QR

Any body else with Formula Hubs looking for a solution, this is how I made it fit.

I used a Prime axle from CRC £7,99 this fits the bearings and comes with the NDS lock nut with integrated dropout boss, but in this guise it is long for the bearing positions in the Formula Hub, I had a shorter NDS lock nut with integrated dropout boss, so I cut about 5 mm of the threaded end of the new axle, and it now fits using the alternative nut.

If you don't have a shorter nut the one supplied could be cut down.
