You do need to know a little technique; it's not difficult, but you have to know how to do the basic things.Practice makes perfect. Try it a couple of times, so you get to know what a good cake mixture looks and feels like ... so you have the confidence to add more liquid or flour as necessary, despite what the recipe says. Once done - never forgotten ..... and may all your cakes rise like fluff![]()
