Then roast it and eat it with raw fennel and a splash of olive oil

Not sure if answered already but.

Boil the water till it goes mad, turn heat off so it calms down, add egg turn heat back on egg firms up straight away but doesn't get messed up by that crazy water!

After 5 second or so put spoon underneath it to stop it sticking.

Looks like I'll be eating eggs for weeks with all the helpful suggestions....now, which one do I try first? ;)

And good to hear the mustard in sauce suggestions might have helped longers :thumbsup:

add dijon mustard to mash

Add a spoon of tikka masala sauce to spag bol.

Stick a couple of uncrushed, cloves of garlic (skin on) in with your roast potatoes

Never use a knife with serrated edges
