my favourite review experience was when I thought I would try to find the best travel insurance. I read the reviews, the five star ones were all "they took my money, and the web page was great." Why would you review insurance you had never used. All insurance is easy to buy. Every single review I could find for any brand of travel insurance that someone had made a claim on were one or two stars. I literally couldn't find anyone who had anything good to say about travel insurance they had claimed against.
