Just bumping this up. This years registration has opened. This years route is far more suited to my locality. I've been in contact with the organisers to get some more information. I think I'm going to do the first 5 days and bail around Cookstown and ride home as I've a family holiday that weekend. Ballyshannon or Ballina would be harder to ride home from. Here's the 2018 route for those who may be interested..

That's me registered and all. For anyone considering it, just a few pointers... You can 'apply' for homestay for each night you require along the way. This is staying at someone's house in the respective town where the ride stops for that day. This can be selected as required during registration. Lunches will be provided in schools en route and belongings i.e. overnight bags, will be carried by a support vehicle each day. Early bird registration is open, with discounts on the ride and merchandise.
