Cycle lanes again... and quite a cut-up

No no no. They missed out looking into one of the mirrors. The mirror specifically designed to view areas like that next to the lorry.
You can see it when they pan to the right, it's at the top of the passenger side window and it looks down.

It didn't look like it would've made them visible, just looks like a mirror to show people standing by the cab to me. It's too sharply angled to show the cyclists.

It's got that curve to it, so it would show at least one or two.
