Group of us heading to Dublin next year for a stag. Most into cycling. Any cycling activities round the city? Velodromes etc? Something we could do for a few hours.

The aforementioned Phoenix Park would be my suggestion, the last time i was there (caution it was 2008) a bike hire shop had opened at the gates.

The hire shop by the park gate was open mid Febuary ,you can ride miles around the park,plenty to see and do in the park then a spin around the city
