I try to avoid going out on the bike if I know there's a force 12 coming, however if it looks like it might get lively whilst I'm out on the bike, I'll go for the heavy winter hack, and standard rims, then just MTFU and get on with it.

Wind had died down by 17:30 when I got off the turbo. Rode the TT bike a mile down the road to Tesco for some milk!

Those tri-bars are so handy for hanging the shopping on!

Second response: How was the photographer travelling when he took the picture? It couldn't possibly have been taken on a mobile while driving, could it?

you've also got to marvel at the skill it must have taken to photoshop while driving I don't really watch TV, so I was oblivious to it all until I rode home from work and felt the invisible roadside gremlins shoving me into the road - no falls though & quite an adventure
