Any advice for cycling on the Malvern hills paths please ? I take it you are allowed to cycle on them !

Same as anywhere else, footpaths no, bridleways yes.

The Malverns are damned hard work, there's a lot of uppy-downy stuff. And they are mostly "cheeky" so watch for countryside wardens.
